Ob bei der Beantragung eines Reisepasses oder beim Entsperren des Smartphones: Längst sind biometrische Verfahren Teil unseres Alltags. Die DERMALOG Identification Systems GmbH gehört zu den weltweit führenden Unternehmen in der Biometrie. Die neu gegründete DERMALOG JENECTRIC GmbH ist hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft des Hamburger Unternehmens. Mit Sitz im Zentrum Jenas fokussiert sich DERMALOG JENETRIC auf die Fingerabdruckerkennung. Unser kleines Team besteht dabei aus erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb.
Du suchst nach einer Werkstudententätigkeit und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen?
Für die Vorbereitung unserer Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit dem in Hamburg sitzenden DERMALOG Finance Team benötigen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung.DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Unter Verwendung des Buchhaltungssystems bearbeitest du eigenständig tägliche Geschäftsvorgänge
- Aus Jena unterstützt du das Hamburger Finance Team von DERMALOG mit vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten
- Dabei erstellst du selbständig und fristgerecht alle steuerlichen und statistischen Meldungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung von DERMALOG JENETRIC in Jena zusammen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Im aktiven Studium hast du bereits Grundlagen der Finanzbuchhaltung und Steuerlehre erworben
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen, z.B. durch Praktika sammeln
- Du verfügst über sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Word)
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit, sowie eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe beschreiben dich und deine Arbeitsweise
- Du hast sicher Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
