JENETRIC GmbH has been certified according to the international environmental management standard DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 as of December 2020. With the successful implementation and active realization of an effective environmental management system, JENETRIC makes responsibility towards people and nature an integral part of its corporate practice. The company affirms its commitment to operate sustainably and to use energy with the greatest possible efficiency. JENETRIC thus demonstrates its performance in the field of environmental protection and ensures to employees, customers, regulatory authorities and the public that environmental impacts are continuously taken into account and consistently reduced.

From now on, in all areas, the aim is to reduce the impact on the environment to a minimum, whether in product development, the choice of materials in production, transport routes, disposal or the means of transport for business trips," emphasizes Managing Director Roberto Wolfer. The DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 standard sets out criteria for an efficient and effective environmental management system. It provides a framework that helps companies evaluate all the environmental impacts of their daily activities and use them to systematically build up their environmental management.
Before certification was granted, JENETRIC underwent a rigorous evaluation by auditors from TÜV Hessen. All procedures, programs and practices were put to the test. The definition of the environmental policy, the examination and assessment of all environmental aspects, the documentation of the environmental goals, the implementation and realization of the environmental management and the effectiveness of control and corrective measures were evaluated. In addition, JENETIC demonstrated that the appropriateness and effectiveness of the environmental management system are systematically and regularly reviewed so that adaptation to the latest technology and legislation is ensured at all times.
The environmental management system, like the ISO 9001 quality management system that has been in practice for several years, is now subject to an annual audit.
